You can choose one of the following handling methods by default.

1. Your mail is collected and shipped to you by *priority mail or *registered mail.
   
   *average timeframes for delivery of both methods is 5/7 days for Europe and 7/10 days for USA and 10/13 days for Asia and Oceania.


2. You are informed of the presence of mail and your mail is left in your space waiting your instructions.



3. Your mail is scanned and uploaded to your panel. It can be handled further following your instructions.

The costs connected to the 3 handling methods above are the following:

1. POSTAL HANDLING

For re-shipments of incoming mail VIA PRIORITY MAIL or REGISTERED MAIL [we will provide you with a tracking number, which you can track online], we will apply the national service fee + 3 € for our processing and packaging costs.

For re-shipments via EXPRESS COURIER, the same rule applies, but the re-shipment fee is 5 € [see EXTRA SERVICES below].

2. HOLD MAIL

Your mail is hold, waiting your instructions. You are only informed that there is new mail.

Mail storage [maximum total space 30x30x10cm / 12x12x4inch] + 1 package of 30x30x30cm / 12x12x12inch.	Free of Charge

3. DIGITAL HANDLING

Scan of your mail pages and upload to your control panel [File Manager]* *After the scan you can indicate trough your control panel wich mail to re-mail to you in original and wich to destroy or hold for future use. We can scan in color up to the A3 format.	1 €

4. EXTRA SERVICES

San Marino has no VAT nor other sale tax, so the prices reported are final. Each subscriber will receive a preview invoice by email in PDF and subsequently an official invoice, sealed by the San Marino Inland Revenue, according to the San Marino tax laws.
